Result Interpretation
- ✅ 0–13 points: Low Stress – Your stress seems well managed.
- ⚠️ 14–26 points: Moderate Stress – You may need to pay attention to stress management.
- 🔥 27+ points: High Stress – Active strategies for stress relief are recommended.
