  • Rarely (1 point)
  • Sometimes (2 points)
  • Often (3 points)
  • Very often (4 points)

Result Interpretation

  • ✅ 0–13 points: Low Stress – Your stress seems well managed.
  • ⚠️ 14–26 points: Moderate Stress – You may need to pay attention to stress management.
  • 🔥 27+ points: High Stress – Active strategies for stress relief are recommended.
